This Hipanema brand necklace is a choker necklace gilded with fine 18 carat gold, on a mounting composed of faceted semi-precious stones - turquoise, hematite, zircon, tinted quartz, fuchsia tinted agate - interspersed with ornate golden washers .
We love this delicate composition which highlights the sumptuous central octagonal cabochon: it is reworked with colored Miyuki pearls, and features a diamond-effect quartz in the center.
